• Bourbon
  22 ml
• Lemon juice
  30 ml
• Simple syrup
  7 ml
• Egg white
  1 whole

Garnish / Decoration

• •Luxardo cherry and expressed lemon peel, Angostura dots on foam

Instructions

Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
