• Bourbon
  59 ml
• Lemon juice
  22 ml
• Simple syrup
  22 ml
• Egg white(optional)
  1 whole
• Angostura bitters
  2 dashs

Garnish / Decoration

• •Angostura bitters drops on foam, cherry

Instructions

Dry shake all ingredients (except bitters). Add ice and shake again. Strain into a rocks glass. Dash bitters on top.
