Lavender Gin Sour

• London dry gin
  59 ml
• Lemon juice
  22 ml
• Simple syrup
  22 ml
• Lavender bitters
  2 dashs
• Egg white
  1 whole

Garnish

• •Dried lavender

Instructions

Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a chilled coupe.
