Ramos Gin Fizz

Flavor Profile

• London dry gin
  59 ml
• Lemon juice
  15 ml
• Lime juice
  15 ml
• Simple syrup
  30 ml
• Heavy cream
  30 ml
• Egg white
  1 whole
• Orange blossom water
  3 drops
• Soda water
  59 ml

Garnish / Decoration

• •Orange flower water drops and a straw through the foam cap

Instructions

Dry shake all ingredients (except soda) vigorously. Add ice and shake hard for 2 minutes. Strain into a collins glass. Top with soda, letting the foam rise.
