Tom Collins

• Old Tom gin
  59 ml
• Lemon juice
  30 ml
• Simple syrup
  15 ml
• Soda water
  59 ml

Garnish

• •Orange slice, Luxardo cherry, and a lemon wheel

Instructions

Shake gin, lemon juice, and syrup with ice. Strain into an ice-filled collins glass. Top with soda water.
