Pisco Sour

Flavor Profile

• Pisco
  59 ml
• Lime juice
  30 ml
• Simple syrup
  22 ml
• Egg white
  1 whole
• Angostura bitters
  3 dashs

Garnish / Decoration

• •Angostura bitters art on foam (3 dashes, swirl with pick)

Instructions

Dry shake all ingredients except bitters. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe. Dash bitters on the foam.
